Refund policy

Please note that Arm Candi Boutique has a 30-day return policy whereby all request for returns must occur within 30 days from receipt of goods. 

To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must be in the same condition as received, whereby they are unworn and/or unused, with original tags not removed from the product, and in the original packaging. A receipt and/or proof of purchase is also required. 

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@armcandiboutique.com. Please note that all returns are to be sent to the following address: 1702 Windsor Road, Loves Park, Illinois 61111. Items sent back to Arm Candi Boutique without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Contact Arm Candi Boutique for any questions related to returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item is received, so that we are able to evaluate the issue and make any necessary corrections.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (i.e. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (i.e. beauty products), and battery operated goods where the power source is provided with the product. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and/or gases. Please contact Arm Cadi Boutique if you have questions or concerns about the specific item(s) addressed in this section. We do not accept returns for items purchased while on sale and/or discounted, or purchased via gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds.
